CORPORATE CULTURE
Connections. Commitment. Convenience. These are just a few of the advantages enjoyed by employees of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston.
Employee Activities

One Example

The Bank's Employee Appreciation Committee (EAC) hosts numerous social events each year. The committee is comprised of five employees elected by their peers to coordinate social functions held on and off site.

Events range from monthly themed social hours to an annual ski trip. Past events include a weekend Pawtucket Red Sox game, a formal holiday reception, a volunteer day at the Boston Food Bank, and a summer outing with swimming, softball, tennis, volleyball, and more.

Ways to Give Back

One Example
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston's strong community commitment extends beyond its public-policy mission. The Bank provides many opportunities for employees to make a difference in their community.

The Bank matches employee donations to qualifying nonprofits and holds annual fundraisers and clothing drives for such worthy causes as the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and St. Francis House. From time to time, the Bank also allows employees to use paid time to help outside agencies.

Office Space

Our Building

The Bank's offices are at 111 Huntington Avenue in Boston's Back Bay.

The building is close to public transportation (Back Bay station on the commuter rail and MBTA Orange subway line and the Hynes Convention Center stop on the MBTA Green subway line). The building has indoor access to many stores and restaurants.
