AHP Regulation

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston has developed its Affordable Housing Program (AHP) in compliance with the Federal Housing Finance Agency's AHP Regulation, which is contained in the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter XII, Part 1291.

The Finance Agency is the regulator of the 12 district Federal Home Loan Banks.
