AHP Regulation

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston has developed its Affordable Housing Program (AHP) in compliance with the Federal Housing Finance Board's AHP Regulation, which is contained in the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter IX, Part 951.

The Finance Board is the regulator of the 12 district Federal Home Loan Banks.
