Bowdoin Lodging Houses in Boston provides housing for formerly homeless residents with mental and physical disabilities. The recipient of a $544,113 Affordable Housing Program interest-rate subsidy and $3 million advance through member Wainwright Bank & Trust Company, sponsor Commonwealth Land Trust will use the AHP funding to refinance existing debt and carry out much-needed renovations (see story in this issue).
