Each year a host of students, teachers, architects, housing professionals, sponsors, and bankers contribute to the success of the Affordable Housing Development Competition. Below is a list of some of the people who made this year's competition possible.

Chinatown Community Fulcrum: Members of the Chinatown Community Fulcrum team were Hannah Fischer-Baum, Antonio Medeiros, Seth Riseman, and Damian Taylor of Harvard University; Caitlin Gallagher, Carrie Grassie, and Jake Wegmann of MIT.

The team's faculty advisor was Nicolas Retsinas of the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University.

The team's community partner was William Ho of the Asian Community Development Corporation.

Its design mentor was Rob Chandler of Goody Clancy Architects, and the financial mentors were William Fenton of member Bank of America, and Peter Macero of member Citizens Bank of Massachusetts.

Moody Street Common: Members of the Moody Street Common team were Glen Brenner, Chi-Yan Chan, Anna Gallagher, Christa Lee-Chuvala, Robert E. Vieira, and Jie Zhu of Harvard University; and Shannon Stewart Christmas of MIT.

The team's faculty advisor was Leland Cott of the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

The team's community partner was Betsy Meissner of the Waltham Alliance to Create Housing.

Its design mentor was Chia-Ming Sze of Chia-Ming Sze Architecture, Inc., and the financial mentor was Patricia Capalbo of member Wainwright Bank and Trust Company.

Codman Crossing: Members of the Codman Crossing team were Misty Boykin, Gee Kim, Noah Sawyer, and Will Woodley of Harvard Universtiy; and Ifeoma N. Ebo, Brittanya Murillo, and Kiara Nagel of MIT.

The team's faculty advisor was Margery Austin Turner of George Washington University.

The team's community partner was Cagatay Ozkul of the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation.

Its design mentor was Michael R. Davis of Bergmeyer Associates, Inc., and its financial mentor was Sarah Lamitie of member Boston Private Bank and Trust Company.

Kearsage Mills: Members of the Kearsage Mills Team were Margaret Angell, John Green, Catherine Huang, and Sun-Young Park of Harvard University; and Alison Novak, Arah Schuur, and Kristy Wang of MIT.

The team's faculty advisor was Langley Keyes of MIT.

The team's community partner was Beth Shepard-Rabadam of Art-Speak, City of Portsmouth Cultural Commission.

Its design mentor was Nancy Ludwig of Icon Architecture, and its financial mentor was Pauline Ikawa of member Banknorth, N.A.

New Abbey Park: Members of the New Abbey Park team were Rosa Cornejo, Joseph Somers II, and Kwan Ok Lee of Harvard University; Michael Van Parys of the University of Southern California; and Alice Savage of MIT.

The team's faculty advisor was James Stockard of Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

The team's community partners were Gerri Bain and John Hixson of South Shore Housing Development Corp.

The team's design mentors were Michael Binette and Gary Kane of The Architectural Team, and the group's financial mentor was Chris Lippert of member Banknorth, N.A.

Atwood Place: Members of the Atwood Place team were Marlon Aranda, Matthew Chua, Karen Hu, and James Stevens of MIT; and cha S. Lee, Cynthia Liu, and Daniel Soliman of Harvard University.

The team's faculty advisor was Tunney Lee of MIT.

The team's community partner was John J. Woods of the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation.

The team's design mentor was Alberto Cardenas of Domenech Hicks and Krockmalnic, and its financial mentor was Wesley Blair of member Brookline Bank.

Quincy Blue: Members of the Quincy Blue team were Mark Ardayfio, John Jhee, Jean Kang, Min Woo Kang, and Tim Pryor of Harvard University; and Abby Giles of Boston University.

The team's faculty advisor was David Lee of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

The team's community partner was Diane Clark of Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation.

The team's design mentor was Neal Mongold of The Narrow Gate Alternatives in Architecture LLP, and its financial mentor was Richard Muraida of member Eastern Bank.

Market Common: Members of the Market Common team were Hume An, Kristal O'Bryant, Seble Tareke, and Wei Yeh of Harvard University; and Danny Rieman Klingler, Jonathan Leit, and Carrie Vanderford of MIT.

The team's faculty advisor was Philip Thompson of MIT.

The team's community partner was Emerson Dahmen of Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity.

The team's design mentor was Bruce Hampton of Ellen & Hampton Architects, and its financial mentors were James Baird of member Metropolitan Credit Union and John Migliozzi of member East Boston Savings Bank.
