ROLLOVER CASH MANAGER ADVANCE

The Rollover Cash Manager is one of three overnight-funding products we offer. The others are the Daily Cash Manager and the IDEAL Cash Manager.

Key Features	Overnight funds with automatic rollover at maturity. Available until 4 p.m.

Common Uses	Manage daily funding needs.

Availability	Until 4 p.m., subject to preapproved availability.

Maturity	One day, with automatic rollover to a new one-day advance at the prevailing rate.

Rate Set	Daily

Disbursement	Same-day or next-day

Repayment	This advance will roll over until you call Customer Service, at 1-800-358-9709, and instruct us to apply a payment against it.

Payment of Interest	Interest due monthly on the second business day of the month.
