Development Proposal for Holyoke Site Wins Affordable Housing Competition

A proposal to transform 10 underutilized parcels in the heart of downtown Holyoke, Massachusetts, into a mixed-use development received the first-place prize in the 24th Annual Affordable Housing Development Competition.
