Approved Affordable Housing Program Initiatives

FHLBank Boston awarded $52.5 million in grants, loans, and interest-rate subsidies to support 40 affordable housing initiatives in New England and beyond in 2024. These projects, funded in part through the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), will create or preserve 1,246 rental and homeownership units for individuals and families earning up to 80% of the area median income. Below are the 2024 approved initiatives by state.

Massachusetts
