FHLBank Boston Welcomes New 2026 Board Members

FHLBank Boston is pleased to announce its newly elected board members for 2026.

FHLBank Boston conducted an election to fill two member directorships in Massachusetts, and one member directorship in Connecticut, each with a four-year term, which commenced on January 1, 2026.

  • M. Susan Elliott director of Needham Bank in Needham, Massachusetts, was elected as a member director representing Massachusetts.
  • William M. Parent, chief strategy officer of bankESB in Quincy, Massachusetts, was reelected as a member director representing Massachusetts.
  • David Rotatori, president and chief executive officer of Ion Bank in Naugatuck, Connecticut, was reelected as a member director representing Connecticut.

Additionally, Margaret McIsaac, president and chief executive officer of Bluestone Bank in Raynham, Massachusetts, was appointed by the board of directors to fill a member directorship in Massachusetts which was open due to the retirement of a board director in 2025. She will serve a two-year term starting January 1, 2026.

FHLBank Boston’s board of directors is comprised of professionals with experience in financial services, housing and community development, real estate, risk management, and the law.
