Housing Our Workforce (HOW) enables FHLBank Boston to partner with members to provide income-eligible homebuyers with matching grants for down payments. Homebuyers can receive up to $15,000** on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility + Terms of Funding

Members in good standing are eligible to receive up to the annual enrollment cap of $150,000 to help homebuyers who earn more than 80% and up to 120% of the area median income. As a member, you’ll find more information about home purchase price limits and HOW.
