Changes to FHLBank Boston Website Rates Access

Effective December 17, FHLBank Boston will begin limiting access to current and historical advance rates through our website to members only. From that date forward, members will be required to provide their work email address and enter a code sent by FHLBank Boston to that email address. Members with any questions regarding the change to advance rates on our website or accessing advance rates through other channels, please contact us at help@fhlbboston.com.

Homeownership Assistance Programs: Enrolling Homebuyers

FHLBank Boston is hosting an online training session to guide members through the homebuyer reservation process for three homeownership assistance programs: the Equity Builder Program (EBP), Housing Our Workforce (HOW), and Lift Up Homeownership (LUH).

Members approved to participate in the 2026 EBP, HOW, and/or LUH must complete training prior to submitting enrollments and reserving funds for homebuyers. The session will cover best practices, how to enroll income-eligible homebuyers, and the necessary documentation. Training is mandatory for all member staff involved with the Homeownership Assistance Programs.
