Homeownership Assistance Programs: Requesting the Disbursement

FHLBank Boston is hosting an online training session to guide members through the disbursement process for three homeownership assistance programs: the Equity Builder Program (EBP), Housing Our Workforce (HOW), and Lift Up Homeownership (LUH).

Members approved to participate in the 2026 EBP, HOW, and/or LUH must complete training before closing mortgages and requesting grant reimbursements. The session will focus on best practices for both pre- and post-closing, disbursement requests, and the required documentation. Training is mandatory for all member staff involved with the homeownership assistance programs.
