I’ve been with the Bank for 10 years now.
I’ve been with the Bank 22 years.
I’ve been here for 6 years.
I like the people that we have here at the Bank. I really enjoy what I do.
The mission is is something I’m passionate about. The people are great. What I love about my job is being able to engage.
We all know each other really well. We’re very highly collaborative.
Total Rewards includes compensation, benefits, incentive programs, work life balance, career development, and recognition. Total rewards is really the full picture of what an employee receives in exchange for their work.
It’s how an employee feels truly valued for the work that they do day in and day out.
We have a very competitive medical, dental, and vision program. The medical benefits are great.
We have a lot of medical plans to choose from, and they provide good coverage. We have a fitness reimbursement.
We have a strong wellness program. We also have a strong focus on our employees mental health. We partner with our medical provider on mental health behavioral health resources.
We have a very competitive 401k plan and non-elective contribution and match. You can elect to contribute to the Bank’s retirement plan.
The Bank contributes up to 6%. The Bank is going to contribute to that non-elective plan regardless of whether or not you contribute to the 401k plan.
They provide a very competitive 401k match. Honestly, the best I’ve experienced in all my places that I’ve worked.
We offer a student loan repayment program. Student loans are a financial burden that a lot of employees face and the fact that the bank supports us in navigating that financial challenge is really helpful.
We do have a strong work life balance. It’s really important for us to have a strong work life balance um for employees professionally and personally.
The Bank really does support us holistically.
It does provide employees the opportunity to create the life that they want both inside uh and outside the Bank.
