Welcome to the Mortgage Partnership Finance® Spring 2026 Newsletter
This newsletter is created for FHLBank Boston members who are active Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs). Active PFIs are those that sell mortgages to FHLBank Boston and/or are servicing loans previously sold. Through this newsletter, we aim to keep you informed and engaged with updates and developments relevant to your participation in the MPF Program.
MPF Website Relaunch: Enhanced User Experience
On February 2, 2026, the MPF Provider launched a newly updated website at the same familiar address (www.fhlbmpf.com). The content is better organized and designed to deliver a more intuitive and modern experience.
The redesign delivers a more intuitive navigation structure and a modern look and feel, making it easier to access the resources you need efficiently across both desktop and mobile devices. Additionally, the MPF Guides were moved from PDFs to fully searchable webpages, offering an improved browsing experience.
Be sure to subscribe to MPF Communications from the provider to stay on top of program improvements, guide changes and system enhancements.
Customer Service Portal Improvements
Don’t forget that the MPF Provider has a dedicated customer service portal for PFIs. The portal offers PFIs a streamlined platform for submitting questions and communicating directly with the MPF Bank and MPF Provider, improving how PFIs interact with the MPF network.
In late 2025, the MPF Provider eliminated most group email boxes, further elevating the portal’s role as the primary contact channel. The portal provides a single centralized contact method to improve your experience with MPF. It provides improved tracking by having a case number assigned to tasks while avoiding the back and forth of email.
See this announcement for more information.
