Isabel Tapogna

Isabel joined our housing and community investment team in 2023 and as a housing and community investment analyst, collaborates with her team in reviewing and analyzing initiatives that are funded through our Affordable Housing Program and our homeownership assistance programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations, program policies, and procedures.

Using her skills and knowledge about economics and passion for public policy, Isabel quickly adapted to her role. As she has expanded her understanding of the policies and procedures behind our housing and community investment programs, Isabel hasn’t been shy about asking tough questions and working with her team on solutions.

Prior to joining us, Isabel worked as an investment analyst at a financial consulting firm. In college, she interned at a housing-focused nonprofit organization and economic consulting firm, which helped her gain a better understanding of the housing issues and challenges confronting individuals and families in the United States.

She graduated in 2022 from the University of Oregon with a double major in economics and planning, public policy and management.

To stay physically fit and mentally sharp, Isabel enjoys running and hiking and challenges herself by training for races. During the colder months, she likes to knit and cheer on the Oregon Ducks teams of her alma mater whenever she can.
