Sean Martin

Sean joined our housing and community investment team in 2026 as a housing and community investment analyst, a role that enables him to collaborate with team members to review and analyze initiatives that are funded through our Affordable Housing Program and our homeownership assistance programs.

Sean helps the team process program transactions, provide technical assistance to our members, track program subsidy, and complete program reporting and analysis.

A graduate of Boston College, Sean is a licensed real estate agent who has worked as a real estate and urban action intern for Boston’s Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion as well as multiple nonprofits.

As a college student, Sean participated in Entrepreneurs for Social Impact on the Affordable Housing Team and volunteered for St. Francis House, a Boston-based organization that provides shelter, employment training, and recovery services.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys playing basketball, exploring nature, and supporting the Green Bay Packers.
